Expert Roof Glass Replacement

Tesla & Luxury Vehicle Glass Roof Specialists + Leak Prevention Warranty

Mobile service Insurance approved Lifetime warranty

Panoramic and fixed glass roofs are big, bonded, often structural panels — closer to a windshield than to an old sliding sunroof. When one breaks, the work is about getting a large panel sealed and aligned so it doesn’t leak, and on EVs and luxury cars that means specific adhesives and handling a lot of shops would rather not take on.

Glass Roofs We Replace

We handle the large fixed panels on today’s vehicles, not the old mechanical sliding sunroofs. That includes the big single-pane roofs on Tesla’s Model 3, Y, S, and X; the panoramic glass on BMW, Mercedes, and Audi; and the glass roof panels on premium SUVs from Lexus, Infiniti, and Cadillac, along with mainstream models from Honda, Toyota, and Hyundai that offer a full glass roof. We source OEM or quality equivalent depending on the vehicle and your insurance.

Why Tesla and Panoramic Roofs Take Specialist Work

A Tesla glass roof is a single panel covering most of the roofline, bonded into the structure and cut to tight tolerances for fit and aerodynamics. Replacing one calls for the right handling equipment for a panel that large, OEM-specification adhesive, and familiarity with how the panel ties into the frame — which is why a lot of shops pass on the job. Panoramic roofs on European luxury cars run into similar demands.

We’re set up and trained for these: proper structural bonding, exact alignment, and a seal built to keep water out for good.

The Whole Game Is Keeping Water Out

On a glass roof, almost everything that goes wrong traces back to a leak — and a leak over your head can quietly ruin a headliner, soak electronics, and grow mold before you notice. Leaks come from a surface that wasn’t prepped, the wrong adhesive or a sloppy bead, a panel left slightly misaligned, or a car put back in the weather before the urethane cured.

We control all four: clean preparation, OEM-spec adhesive applied correctly, precise alignment, proper cure time, and a water test before you get the car back. That’s what stands behind our lifetime warranty against leaks.

What the Installation Includes

We remove the old panel while protecting the surrounding paint and trim, prepare the mounting surface for a proper bond, set the new glass to exact alignment, seal it with OEM-specification materials, and water-test the finished job before delivery. The leak warranty comes from doing each of those steps properly, not from a promise on paper.

Insurance and OEM Glass

Glass roof replacement is normally covered under comprehensive, like a windshield — but on luxury and electric vehicles the policy often needs OEM glass for proper coverage and fit. We coordinate the claim, source and document the OEM part for approval, and handle the adjuster side. Doing it once, correctly, with warranty protection usually beats a cheaper attempt that risks a leak and a comeback.

Structural Fit and Sealing

A large roof panel contributes to the car’s rigidity and affects wind noise and aerodynamics, so alignment and bond strength both matter. We follow the manufacturer’s procedure, apply structural adhesive to spec, align for an exact fit, and finish with water testing — the same standards that keep the roof both quiet and sound.

Timing and Cure Conditions

Glass-roof adhesive needs the right temperature and time to cure fully, so we schedule with the weather in mind and, for winter work, allow for proper cure and protection before the car goes back into the cold and wet. For Tesla and other specialty vehicles we’ll coordinate around the manufacturer’s service requirements where needed.
